Food Preservation and Processing Industry

Food Preservation and Processing Industry (ISSN 1598-7418) is an industrial journal published biannually (September and December) by the Korean Society of Food Preservation (KoSFoP). This journal comprehensively covers both academic research and industrial aspects related to food development, preservation, processing, and distribution. The primary purpose of this publication is to share various updates from the society and to facilitate exchange and collaboration through recommendations for academia-industry-research cooperation. Additionally, it aims to analyze global trends and changes in the food industry, providing strategic responses to these developments. By doing so, the journal strengthens the network among researchers and professionals in the food sector and contributes to the advancement of the food industry.
